User Agreement

These Terms of Use ("Terms") are a legally binding agreement governing your use of the InfluencerTask platform ("Platform"). By using the Platform or creating an account, you accept these Terms. Please read these Terms carefully. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

1. Definitions and General Provisions

1.1 Definitions

PLATFORM

InfluencerTask website, mobile applications, and all related services

COMPANY

InfluencerTask Limited Company (hereinafter referred to as "We", "Us", "Our")

USER

All real and legal persons using the Platform

INFLUENCER

Users providing content creation and promotional services through the Platform

BRAND

Businesses and agencies seeking influencer services through the Platform

COOPERATION

Paid agreements between the Influencer and the Brand

COMMISSION

Service fee charged by the Platform

1.2 Scope of Agreement

These Terms govern the conditions for using the intermediation services offered through the Platform.

1.3 Parties

This agreement is entered into between the Company and the User using the Platform.

1.4 Acceptance

By using the Platform, creating an account, or clicking the "I Agree" button, you are deemed to have accepted these Terms.

2. Membership and Account

2.1 Membership Terms

You must be over 18 years of age

For campaigns within Turkey, you must be a resident or a legal entity operating in Turkey

You must have a valid email address

2.2 Account Obligations

It is mandatory to keep membership information accurate and up to date.

The User is solely responsible for account security and password confidentiality.

3. Platform Services

InfluencerTask is a digital platform that brings together Brands and Influencers, offering campaign creation, performance analysis, and secure payment facilitation.

4. Payment and Commission

Payments and commissions for cooperations made through the Platform are subject to the following rules:

1Campaign budgets are held in a secure escrow account until the specified goals are met.

2Influencer payments are only released after the campaign conditions are successfully completed.

3The Platform reserves the right to charge a commission at specified rates on every successful transaction.

4Invoices are issued electronically upon service completion in accordance with legal regulations.

5. Cooperation Rules

Users are obliged to comply with the following ethical and professional rules in cooperations on the platform:

Created campaign content must comply with laws, public morality, and third-party copyrights.

Cooperation terms and brief details must be fully fulfilled by the parties.

Users must use professional and respectful language in their communication with each other.

6. Prohibitions and Restrictions

The following actions represent a violation of platform rules and may lead to account closure:

Making, requesting, or taking communications/payments outside the platform is strictly prohibited.

Sharing fake followers, fake engagement, or misleading statistics is strictly prohibited.

Using software or robots that will harm the Platform infrastructure is prohibited.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

Usage and publication rights of content produced by influencers are transferred to the Brand in accordance with the terms specified in the campaign brief. The design, software, and brand of the Platform remain the property of InfluencerTask.

8. Limitation of Liability

InfluencerTask cannot be held responsible for disputes between users or the commercial results of campaigns. The Platform is provided on an 'as-is' basis and does not guarantee uninterrupted service.

9. Dispute Resolution

Istanbul (Çağlayan) Courts and Execution Offices are authorized to resolve any disputes arising from this agreement or the use of the Platform.

10. Amendments and Updates

The Company reserves the right to update these Terms of Use at any time. Updates become effective as soon as they are published on this page.

11. Account Suspension & Termination

Sanctions to be applied in case of violation of platform rules or agreement provisions:

The Platform reserves the right to unilaterally suspend or terminate accounts without notice for breach of agreement.

Accounts with active campaigns or payments cannot be closed unilaterally until the process is completed.

Users can terminate their membership at any time by sending an account deletion request.
