As InfluencerTask, in our capacity as data controller under the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("KVKK"), we would like to inform you about the processing and protection of your personal data. This disclosure text is valid for all influencers, brands, agencies, and visitors using our platform.

Why should I read this?

Article 10 of the KVKK requires data controllers to inform individuals about how their data is processed. This notice explains our methods, purposes, and your legal rights.

Contact forms, support requests, and email correspondence

4. Data Retention Period and Security

Your personal data is stored for the duration of the service relationship and following its termination, taking into account our legal retention obligations and relevant statute of limitations (generally 10 years under Turkish law). Your data is protected using TLS encryption, secure access audits, and modern cybersecurity infrastructure.
